Who is responsible

Becholtz, based in Woerden, the Netherlands, is responsible for the personal data processed through this website. Questions: support@becholtz.com.

What is collected

When you send a brief: your name, company, email address, the kind of project, a timeline indication and your message. To prevent abuse, a one-way hash of your IP address is stored with the brief; the IP address itself is not.

Why, and for how long

Your details are used only to answer your request and, if it becomes a project, to carry it out. Briefs that do not lead to a project are deleted within 24 months.

Cookies and tracking

This website uses no tracking or advertising cookies and loads no third-party fonts or scripts. One functional cookie remembers that you dismissed the language suggestion. A functional session cookie is set on every page to protect the brief form against forged submissions; it expires after two hours and is not used to track you.

Who can see your data

Your data is stored with the hosting provider of this website (STRATO, within the EU) and is not sold or shared with anyone else.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by email. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
