S01 — About
One studio, start to finish.
Becholtz is the web studio of Nigel Becholtz, founder, designer and developer. Based in Woerden, the Netherlands, working with businesses wherever they are.
The person you brief is the person who designs and builds your site. No account managers, no hand-offs, no layers in between.
Three commitments
- No. 01 No templates. Every site starts from a real brief.
- No. 02 No page-builders. Written as code, so it stays fast and stays yours.
- No. 03 No shortcuts. Tested, accessible and made to be maintained.
How it works
-
1
Brief
You describe the problem. You get a clear scope and a clear quote before any work begins.
-
2
Design & build
Design and code move forward together in short rounds. You see real pages early, not slide decks.
-
3
Launch & care
The site goes live when it is ready, and it stays looked after once it is.
What you keep
Every site is built with proven, widely used technology, chosen per project for what the site needs to do. There is no closed platform you are tied to: the code and the content are yours, and another developer can take over the work if you ever want that.
