You talk to the person who builds your website.

No account manager in between and no hand-offs. The questions you ask in the introduction are answered by the same person who designs, builds and maintains your site.

How does payment work?
50% when the work starts, 50% on delivery.
Is the website mine afterwards?
Yes. The code and the content are yours.
Do I have to host with you?
No. If you host elsewhere, maintenance falls outside the package.
What if I want something changed later?
Through a maintenance package, or at the hourly rate.
