The challenge
ImmoKredita serves a narrow audience with a hard deadline: independent mortgage credit intermediaries who fall under the EU's anti-money laundering regulation from 10 July 2027. Most are small firms that are not banks and have never had to run a compliance programme.
The website had to explain what the regulation means for exactly that kind of firm, show how the platform covers know-your-business, know-your-customer, enhanced due diligence and credit-file risk assessment, and turn early interest into pre-registrations. In fourteen languages, because the intermediaries are spread across the EU.
The approach
I built immokredita.com to be multilingual from the ground up: every page, from the explanation of the regulation to pricing and pre-registration, is published in each of the fourteen languages.
The structure follows the visitor's questions in order: does this apply to me, what does the platform do, what does it cost, how do I get in early. Pre-registration and contact forms reach the ImmoKredita team by e-mail.
The result
immokredita.com is live in fourteen languages, with more on the way, and carries the early-bird programme for the 2027 deadline: the regulatory context, the platform's modules, pricing and pre-registration, all in the visitor's own language.
