The challenge
Bahía Feliz Invest develops, leases and manages property in Gran Canaria, with rentals, coworking and real estate management under one name. Its audience is international: tenants, investors and partners who do not all speak Spanish.
The website had to present three different services side by side, work from the property information the team already keeps in its CRM, and be easy to keep up to date in several languages.
The approach
I designed the site from scratch and built it with its own editing system, the same way as Legal Immigration. Translation runs through DeepL, so the team publishes every page in each language from one place.
The website is linked to OptimaCRM, the real estate CRM the team already works in, so the site and the CRM work from the same information instead of being kept up to date twice.
The result
Bahía Feliz Invest gets a multilingual website in its own style that the team maintains itself, connected to the CRM it already uses.
