Immosurance
The public website for Immosurance, the anti-money laundering compliance platform that OptimaSys created with CEPI for real estate professionals across Europe. Built from scratch with its own editing system, and published in eighteen languages.
The challenge
Immosurance had to explain a complex product to a wary audience: real estate agents in 27 EU countries who face new anti-money laundering obligations from 10 July 2027, and who mostly have not started. The website needed to make the regulation understandable, present the platform's three modules (know-your-business, know-your-customer and risk assessment) without jargon, and do all of that in every language CEPI's member associations work in.
The content would keep changing: pricing, early-bird conditions, news, regulatory updates. The team at OptimaSys had to be able to edit all of it themselves, in every language, without a developer in the loop.
The approach
I built immosurance.net from scratch, with its own system for managing the content. Instead of a fixed set of templates, editors compose each page from blocks and reorder them without touching code.
Translations run through DeepL. A page is written once and translated into the other languages from inside the editing system, so adding a language does not mean rebuilding the site. Forms on the site reach the team by e-mail.
The result
The site is live at immosurance.net in eighteen languages, from English and Spanish to Latvian and Albanian. OptimaSys publishes news, pricing and regulatory updates in-house, in every language, through the editing system. The website is the front door for the platform's early-bird programme ahead of the 2027 deadline.
